Kim has spent 20 years of her career working in higher education at the University of Chicago and the University of Utah. In her many roles, customer service and how to improve the student experience have always been her focus. Kim brought this customer service expertise and project management knowledge to Fishbowl when she was asked to develop a new sister company, Quarium – a QuickBooks hosting platform. She oversees the entire Quarium sales, implementation, and support process.
