Paul Judge is a seasoned early-stage and turnaround CFO skilled in team building, financial modeling, fundraising, and capitalization structure. Having been from startup to IPO twice serving as a founder, CFO, CEO, and Board Member, he understands what success looks like and how to get there.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2021, Paul was CFO of an alternative fuel supplier to the trucking industry, led the turnaround of a $100M plus Private Equity fund, and founded and served as CFO through the public offering of a Sprint PCS affiliated mobile telecom operator. Paul has served as an active board member on 10+ early-stage companies over his career, including as a founding board member for CradlePoint Technology Inc. Paul is an active member of several Angel Investor and mentoring groups in Washington, Idaho, and Utah.
