Westlee Tonga
Sales Director

Westlee Tonga is a sales executive and operations consultant experienced in early-stage tech companies with founder-led sales motions as well as enterprise companies with complex sales processes. Westlee has held multiple roles within sales, marketing, and operations both full-time and as a consultant. He is known for his ability to break down silos, especially between sales and marketing. Ultimately, Westlee focuses on being a “full-stack people developer”, helping people and companies level up, recruit, and create positive change.

Before joining Ampleo, Westlee spent 5 years in sales and sales development as a leader at large multinational companies in SAAS and CCAAS, delivering 10’s of millions of dollars of pipeline to multiple organizations. He also spent the last 2 years as a freelance sales and go-to-market consultant in multiple industries including tech, real estate, events, entertainment, and construction, creating a special niche coaching technical founders on the sales process. Westlee was a Division I athlete and maintains relationships with the NCAA, frequently providing opportunities to former athletes looking to get into tech sales and operations. He is also a BYU Marriott School of Business MBA class of 2025 candidate and serves as Vice President of Recruiting and Alumni Relations.


Fun Facts/Hobbies

  • Family – Traveling with wife Lyndee and their 5 kids
  • Music – Frequent open-mic attendee and karaoke enthusiast
  • Fitness – lifting weights, yoga, basketball, (currently doing his best to enjoy distance running)
