Wayne Graffis is an Insolvency and Restructuring Consultant at Amplēo who provides turnaround and financial restructuring services to Ampleo clients. Assisting businesses who are experiencing financial stress. Wayne is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, CIRA with a successful banking background. His experience is in agribusiness, cooperatives, production agriculture, and rural utilities. Wayne’s strengths include cash flow and profitability analysis; negotiating skills; relationship management; and knowledge of banking procedures and processes.

Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Wayne worked 5 years as a Lead Special Assets Officer for CoBank, ACB. At CoBank, Wayne was the lead on numerous syndicated facilities that included a publicly traded milk processor, a major power supply cooperative, and a large cheese processor in the upper Midwest.  At Rabo Agrifinance, his portfolio included production and processing loans.  Two-thirds of the loan decisions required prior approval of the main Rabobank in Utrecht, Netherlands, because of the size and complexity.  Wayne has extensive experience in restructuring, workout, liquidation, and bankruptcy chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. Wayne performed a key role in a failed bank Receivership in Greeley, Colorado, because of his knowledge of agricultural finance and experience with stressed credits, including foreclosure and bankruptcy.  At United AgriProducts, Inc., a publicly traded international input supply company, Wayne was head of a Special Assets Team consisting of five remotely located officers covering the US and Canada.  Wayne has owned and managed a company providing consulting services to production and further processing customers of commercial banks and Farm Credit Associations.
