Tom Beck is a CFO at Amplēo and a former CPA with over 30 years of experience encompassing CFO services, business transitions, turnaround services, and debt and equity formation. He has served companies in a wide range of industries including technology, medical devices, instrumentation, manufacturing, distribution, and services. He has been a key contributor to the completion of 13 M&A transactions valued in excess of $350 million and has been instrumental in raising over $150 million in over 30 transactions from a variety of sources including venture capital, private equity, private placement, public offering, joint venture, strategic partners and lease and debt lenders.

Before joining Amplēo in 2023, Tom served as CFO of four small to mid-sized companies, both publicly traded and privately held, all having significant international operations. Through his own LLC, Tom has provided fractional CFO services to a wide range of companies. He has also served as Interim CEO in the turnaround of a venture-backed medical device company, and as consulting CFO on the turnaround team of two public technology companies. Tom has served on both boards and advisory boards, as well as a 501(c)3 organization.
