Stephanie Ballantyne is a Controller at Amplēo with nearly 2 decades of business expertise. She is passionate about understanding organizations from the big picture down to the operational and financial details, which allows her to bring unique perspectives from the top down infusing her diverse background.

Prior to becoming a consultant at Amplēo in early 2019, Stephanie began her professional career in international logistics (after her stints in door-to-door sales, retail, and food service), audited for Deloitte, served as USA Controller for a large global company, and is most recently the CFO for a crowdfunding software company.

Stephanie has experience with organizational change management, corporate structure, business establishment, banking, compliance, process implementation, consolidations, cash flow management, and overall operations along with her technical accounting skills.

Stephanie is entrepreneurial at heart and enjoys helping start-ups scale. She draws from a breadth of experience across business functions, to find solutions for the greater good of the organization to lead new companies to scalable success.
