Sabrina Ling is a CHRO Consultant at Amplēo who specializes in using a people-centric, outcomes-driven approach to People/HR initiatives and practices. She leads efforts that increase employee engagement for her clients, improving overall workforce retention and stability. She specializes in helping organizations diagnose and prioritize their highest impact activities and has a bias to experiment, measure, iterate, and action on the organization’s most pressing People needs. 

Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Sabrina spent over 20 years in the People and HR space, most recently as the Head of People at Noom, where she owned all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from “hire to retire.” Before that, Sabrina was an HR Director at Capital One, specializing in People Strategy & Analytics and building Capital One’s first Internal Career Mobility function to enable greater career and professional development for associates. Sabrina has worked both in-house and as a consultant bringing both strategic and operational expertise to the table. She has applied her skills and tailoring solutions to fit the needs of companies of various sizes (from 10 employees to 100k global employees), in multiple industries, and across the spectrum of non-profit to social enterprise to public companies.
