Reggie Rappleye is a CFO Consultant at Amplēo. In this role, he brings his extensive experience in finance and operations to help businesses streamline their financial systems and improve operational efficiency. Reggie has a rich background in several industries including, e-commerce,  multi-level marketing, and IoT. Before joining Amplēo, Reggie served as the Chief Financial Officer at Pura Scents Inc. In this role, he played a pivotal part in the company’s growth and success. He was responsible for overseeing the financial operations, formulating strategic plans, and implementing robust financial systems.

Reggie also worked for 4 years as the CFO and COO at Younique LLC, where he was instrumental in scaling the company’s revenue and implementing key operational systems.  In addition, he was a key member of the team at Younique LLC, significantly contributing to the company’s achievement of a billion-dollar market valuation and the successful partial sale of the business.
