Megan Rulli is a talent director consultant at Amplēo who designs and owns performance management programs, oversees hiring processes, and provides hands-on, full-lifecycle recruiting across software, IT, professional services, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Megan worked 14+ years in talent acquisition, providing full-lifecycle recruiting—from executive to campus recruiting—managing recruitment business partnerships, and designing equitable and effective interview processes. She successfully took an organization from a fully in-person interview experience to a fully virtual experience at the onset of COVID-19. She has crafted and led behavioral interview training, supported performance review cycles, and taken part in the national leadership team as a talent acquisition representative for a 700+ person organization.
“I build trust with clients by first getting to know them individually,” Megan says. “I enjoy learning about people’s journeys to an organization, what’s important to them, what’s stressing them out, and how I can ultimately help them to be successful. My favorite part about being a consultant is building relationships and being able to share a few laughs throughout the day.”
