Lee Stringham is a Turnaround & Restructuring Consultant at Amplēo who has provided strategic financial and legal solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in various industries, including oil & gas (energy), aviation, real estate, construction & development, for 15+ years.

Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Lee most recently served as an Interim Head of School for a 350-student private school and has served several different organizations in advisory or executive leadership roles since 2010. He has been involved in banking and real estate transactions since 2002 and has been licensed to practice law since 2010.

Lee has secured tens of millions of dollars in debt and equity financing for start-ups and commercial real estate projects through cash flow modeling and capital expenditure evaluation efforts, and effective communications with banks and investors. He has saved clients more than $10M in potential fraud losses and assisted in the acquisition of nearly $150M in additional assets through due diligence, documentation, and investigation efforts. He has advised management, C-level executives, and boards of directors and supervised teams across strategy, operations & information technology, finance & accounting, legal compliance, marketing, and business development departments. At the heart of each of these efforts is his strong desire to help clients impose order in the midst of some very chaotic situations.
