Keely Walsh is a Human Resources consultant at Amplēo with more than a decade of diverse and expansive human resources experience, including HR operations, talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, project management, and more. Her career has ranged from startups to enterprise organizations in a variety of industries including technology, e-commerce, insurance, and professional services. Keely’s dedication to ongoing learning and development has driven her to continually seek growth opportunities, including obtaining her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2024. 

Before joining Amplēo, Keely served as Senior People Operations Manager at a SaaS startup where she led HR, recruiting, and operations and ultimately spearheaded the company’s successful acquisition by a Fortune 500 cloud storage company.  Keely’s passion for identifying and solving problems before they occur has guided her focus on creating programs that are highly scalable, factor in the future, and help teams fulfill company missions and business goals efficiently and effectively.
