Jordon Thompson is a Controller at Amplēo who has proficiency in financial forecasting and modeling, process improvement and automation, cash management, technical accounting, team building, and data analytics to drive better company performance and profitability.
Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2021, Jordon worked for 2 years as CFO of a large $35M pest control company where he transitioned the company from cash basis to accrual basis accounting, led the company through its first financial audit, and then helped the company through a successful transaction. Prior to Jordon’s time as a CFO, he spent 8 years working in various accounting-related roles in the software, service, and banking industries, including two and a half years at Morgan Stanley Bank, preparing regulatory filings.
