Jade Millington is a CFO and Turnaround & Restructuring Advisor at Amplēo who has experience in strategic planning, operating budgets, cash management and controls, forecasting and modeling, general management, and fundraising. Jade also works on turnaround assignments and has been involved in receiverships, restructurings, and bankruptcies. These assignments have involved juggling competing demands of ownership, creditors, management, employees, and various other stakeholders. Jade has experience in various industries including software, education, real estate management, manufacturing, consumer retail, private equity, e-commerce, and golf courses/resorts.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2017, Jade worked for more than 20 years as a CFO and VP of Finance in SaaS companies and others where he has raised over $150 million in debt and equity to help these companies grow. In addition to consulting, Jade is also a member of the Treasure Valley CFO Forum and serves on the board of Rugby Idaho.
