Since joining Amplēo in 2018, Duke has been a trusted leader and strategic advisor across a wide range of industries—including manufacturing, eCommerce, SaaS, banking, and services. He has led Amplēo’s manufacturing practice and advised clients through complex financial decisions, capital raises, KPI implementation, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives. His ability to embed into client teams and deliver hands-on, high-impact results is a hallmark of Amplēo’s approach.

Duke brings a strong foundation in public accounting and previously served as Director of Accounting at an Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Company. He is known for his ability to build finance functions from the ground up, lead high-performing teams, and guide companies through each critical stage of growth.

In his current role, Duke is focused on scaling Amplēo’s finance offering, mentoring and developing top finance consultants, and continuing to evolve how the firm delivers measurable value to its clients.
