Dar Fazulyanov is a CFO consultant at Amplēo. Prior to Amplēo, Dar was a CFO for several companies and founded several successful healthcare, web3.0, and finance companies.

Dar’s career spanned the areas of finance, entrepreneurship, venture capital, investment banking, and consulting. As an entrepreneur, Dar founded a healthcare company, WELL. and founded a valuation firm, Greener Equity, which was acquired by Econ Partners, and was later sold to Ryan ($1 Billion in revenue accounting firm).

Dar started his career at Bain & Company and later worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. Dar has also served as a CFO of S5 Wireless, now Recon Dynamics. He also worked with many startups and larger companies as an outsourced CFO, financial and strategic consultant. After business school, he worked at vSpring Capital, a venture capital firm, where he sourced deals, conducted due diligence, and helped operate and finance its portfolio companies.
