Carl Rushbridge is a Chief Financial Officer Consultant at Amplēo who has worked across multiple industries and geographies. Carl has worked in companies from start-up to $1BN+, managing finance, operations, sales & marketing, IT, and HR. With strong communication skills and a strategic mindset, Carl enjoys partnering with businesses to understand where he can add value, connecting finance to the rest of the organization and driving improvement. 

Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Carl worked for 27 years as a finance professional in all aspects of finance/accounting, including financial planning & analysis, controller, and internal audit. Carl has been a Treasure Valley CFO Forum member since moving to Idaho in 2016. Before that, he worked in London and was a member of various finance groups. He enjoys mentoring, developing, and supporting new talent inside and outside the companies where he’s worked.
