Brett Wilson is a Controller at Amplēo with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, and has served as CFO for multiple manufacturing and construction trade companies for the last 12 years.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2021, Brett was the CFO of multiple manufacturing organizations with over $40M combined annual revenues, he was responsible for all accounting and finance functions as well as overseeing corporate compliance to meet federal and local regulations while managing global relations. He also led the design and implementation of improved costing and inventory practices, thereby increasing net income through responsible procurement and logistics of manufacturing materials from international sources, primarily from Asia and South America. This led to more efficient cost analysis and to competitive supplier pricing on each order, increasing margins without compromising quality. Brett also directly oversaw high-value accounts as a Private Banking Relationship Manager and loan underwriter for complex loan structures. Some core responsibilities included managing and servicing high-net-worth clients across a $54 million loan portfolio comprising over 185 commercial, consumer, and construction loans and over $50 million in deposit balances.
