Beth McClelland is a Head of People Consultant at Amplēo with expertise in stages of people operations, from talent acquisition, training, performance management and organizational design. She is passionate about building strong cultures that empower employees to thrive and drive company success.

Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Beth worked 7 years at Google as Head of People and Head of Talent Acquisition. She was responsible for helping to build and scale Google Cloud from its infancy, driving an overhaul of Google’s performance management processes, and diving headfirst into organizational health initiatives to improve organizational efficiency. Beth is thrilled to leverage her experience to help organizations build winning teams.
