Arbie Nersisian is a CFO at Amplēo who provides CEO and Business Owners an elevated partnership for strategic results.  With over 15 years of experience in finance, Arbie has held senior and executive finance positions in FinTech, SaaS, Technology, and e-Commerce. Backed by strong financial insights, Arbie can provide focused outcomes for even the most complex of matters.

Before joining Amplēo in 2023 as a consultant, Arbie most recently served as a Divisional CFO for Mastercard, leading the Open Banking/Fintech practice. He is a progressive Finance Leader, leveraging an entrepreneurial nature and operational insight to optimize company-wide efficiencies. Notably, Arbie has led 3 distinguished business exits that maximized stock value for Finicity to Mastercard, Axis41 to Merkle, and Backcountry to TSG. Additionally, Arbie has overseen 5 M&A transactions through diligence, purchase, and integration, as well as one strategic divestiture. He is a trusted business partner and advisor. 

Arbie has built 5 remarkable Finance Teams across FP&A, Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Accounting, and has driven process efficiencies across the business and core finance functions. For example, Arbie organized a strategic pricing review process that reduced client contract timing by 50%, driving efficient negotiations for go-to-market pricing and deal reviews. This process was so successful that it was adopted by Mastercard for other entities. Moreover, Arbie led financial process optimizations, reducing days for ‘close’ and streamlining management reporting. For example at Finicity, Arbie reduced days for ‘close’ from 12 to 5, while at Axis41, this was reduced from 20 to 5, and similarly, at Backcountry.com ‘close’ went from 20 to 6 days leading to more timely financial insights for informed decisions.
