For example, Arbie organized a strategic pricing review process that reduced client contract timing by 50%, driving efficient negotiations for go-to-market pricing and deal reviews. This process was so successful that it was adopted by Mastercard for other entities. Moreover, Arbie led financial process optimizations, reducing days for ‘close’ and streamlining management reporting. For example at Finicity, Arbie reduced days for ‘close’ from 12 to 5, while at Axis41, this was reduced from 20 to 5, and similarly, at Backcountry.com ‘close’ went from 20 to 6 days leading to more timely financial insights for informed decisions.
