Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2023, Andre was a Managing Director at WGU in Utah responsible for leading corporate venture investments and startup initiatives in EdTech and Fintech SaaS platforms as well as evaluating strategic transactions and partnerships. Before WGU, Andre spent 2 years with Incentrum Group in NY as Executive Director advising and assisting private equity investments and M&A; 7 years with Merrill Lynch investment banking in both NY and LatAm as head of M&A for Merrill Lynch in Brazil; and 6 years in the auto sector, where he was the CFO of a joint-venture operation for Ford in Brazil with $100M in revenue and 700 employees.
