Aaron Roundy is a Controller at Amplēo who excels in managing processes and procedures and creating workflows for added efficiency. He enjoys bringing his solid experience to lead the accounting department to every company he works with. Aaron is skilled in managing external audits, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, cash management, forecasting, creating and implementing budget plans, and managing internal controls.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2022, Aaron spent 5 years of his career in Operations Management at KPMG, followed by industry experience in design-build construction, oil and gas, engineering, transportation, and back to construction.  Aaron excels in building companies from the ground up and using his experience and background to make companies financially successful.
