Confidential Potato Grower in Eastern Idaho

Amplēo was retained by a large potato grower on the advice of the secured lender to help restructure the company’s balance sheet, refinance debt and sell non-performing assets. Amplēo helped the owner analyze the profitability of certain varieties of potatoes and crops, optimize the crop accordingly, sell non-performing assets and restructure trade payables. Ultimately, Amplēo helped the company refinance its debt with a replacement lender on more favorable terms that freed up cash flow and enabled the company’s long-term survival.
