Before joining Amplēo in 2023, Wayne worked over eight years as a Vice President of Talent Development implementing an award-winning leadership and employee development program, a competitive compensation structure, a team member handbook, and a learning management system. He has also led enhanced recruiting programs, researched and implemented benefit plans, and safety and wellness programs.
