Wade D. Before joining Amplēo, Wade spent more than 25 years as a senior corporate attorney and executive, serving as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary and Clerk, and senior in-house counsel for public and private companies. His experience includes advising boards and executive leadership, building governance and compliance frameworks, supporting capital markets and M&A transactions, leading regulatory engagements, and operating as a trusted legal partner inside growth-oriented businesses. He has worked extensively with Boards of Directors and regularly served as Corporate Secretary and Clerk, supporting board and committee processes, fiduciary matters, and enterprise risk oversight.
