Todd Allen is a VP Finance / Controller Consultant at Amplēo who works side by side with management teams to achieve their financial goals by managing and elevating the finance functions of an organization. Through his ability to quickly understand and identify an organization’s needs, he can drive efficiencies, improve processes, and solve complex problems. He has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, managing a P&L, developing KPIs, and reporting to management teams. He has experience working with PE-backed entities and assisting organizations with M&A. 

Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Todd worked for a PE-backed health services organization as the VP of Finance for 6+ years. He was instrumental in creating KPIs, streamlining accounting processes, budgeting/planning, and performing financial analytics. He was able to help the organization triple in revenue and complete a successful transaction. His public accounting and industry experience has given him the knowledge to successfully support a wide range of industries.
