Richie Stevens is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with more than 14 years of experience helping businesses improve performance, profitability, and growth. He has led finance functions for high-growth companies across industries including private equity, hospitality, and professional services.

Before joining Amplēo in 2025, Richie spent seven years in private equity leading finance for multiple portfolio companies. He directed more than a dozen acquisitions, managed debt and equity raises, and helped design a strategic growth model that delivered strong returns. Earlier in his career, as Controller for a regional restaurant group, he helped scale operations from 14 to 50 locations. Richie began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Salt Lake City, where he earned his CPA and developed a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
