Nolan Robinson is a seasoned Controller with 17+ years of experience helping small and growing companies strengthen their financial operations. She’s known for building scalable accounting systems, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance at every stage of growth.
Nolan got her start in door-to-door sales, where she built a finance department from scratch and developed key processes like intercompany accounting and consolidated reporting. In the FinTech space, she led finance operations through four acquisitions (including two international) and helped cut month-end close time by five days. She’s also played key roles in audit prep, policy standardization, and financial reporting improvements.
Over the years, she’s led multiple NetSuite implementations, cash-to-accrual conversions, and M&A integrations. Most recently, she helped a startup achieve full GAAP compliance and set the stage for future growth.
Now at Amplēo, Nolan works with clients to optimize accounting systems, streamline workflows, and build strong financial foundations, with a practical, hands-on approach that drives results.
