With over 17 years of experience, Nolan brings expertise in financial reporting, leadership, Netsuite implementations, and integrating acquisitions. She excels in intercompany transactions, financial statement consolidation, and financial overhauls to ensure compliance with GAAP. Nolan’s experience spans industries including D2D and FinTech, where she helped a payment gateway company backed by three private equity firms reduce its month-end close time and integrate acquisitions.

Before joining Amplēo, Nolan worked as a Controller for over 17 years, where she led two Netsuite implementations, four acquisitions, and converted companies from cash to accrual accounting. She also built the finance department from the ground up in the D2D space and led audits while working with external auditors to support financial statements. She is passionate about helping companies create strong financial foundations for growth.
