Bio
Marcy Wahlquist is the person you hand the list to when there are fifty things on it and no obvious place to start. She works best with hands-on and trade businesses and with small to mid-sized companies that make something — the kind of place where you can be efficient on your own and still know everyone on the team.
She’s comfortable across the employee lifecycle and compliance, but her real strength is troubleshooting: taking a problem that’s still vague and turning it into something solid and actionable. What clients notice first is that her care for employees is genuine — whatever the hurdle, she’ll find a way to make it work for the people around her. She believes a company’s greatest asset is the people it employs, and that few investments return more in morale, environment, and product.

Marcy draws portraits — digitally, in paint, whatever’s at hand — and is happiest with a crafting project that starts as junk and ends as something else entirely. She also powerlifts, and thinks she’s pretty good at it.
