Jonathan Bush is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Consultant at Amplēo, where he partners with growing and complex organizations to provide strategic financial leadership, strengthen accounting and control environments, and build scalable finance functions. Jonathan supports owners, executives, and boards by bringing clarity to financial performance, improving reporting and cash visibility, and guiding organizations through growth, system implementations, and operational change. He brings deep expertise in GAAP, multi-entity accounting, ERP implementations (including NetSuite), internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, and team development, with experience across multi-unit operations, professional services, and growth-oriented private companies.

Before joining Amplēo, Jonathan spent nearly a decade as Chief Financial Officer for a multi-entity organization overseeing more than 70 companies and $110M+ in annual revenue. In that role, he led enterprise-wide financial transformation efforts, implemented scalable systems and processes, built and mentored high-performing accounting teams, and supported the organization’s growth from $30M to over $110M in revenue. Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked in public accounting, progressing from staff auditor to audit manager, providing him with a strong technical foundation and disciplined, audit-ready approach to financial leadership. He is a CPA and currently serves as a board member for the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, providing financial oversight and strategic support.
