Joey Aguilar is a CFO Consultant at Amplēo who specializes in creating calm in the chaos and helping fast paced organizations manage financials, leverage operational efficiencies, streamline policy and process while being a strategic partner.  Joey has successfully worked across multiple industries (Software, Government, Telecommunications, Hospitality) with varying business models.  His areas of expertise are Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, M&A and Reporting and Analysis.

Before joining Amplēo in 2026, Joey worked for Comcast for eight years as CFO for the Utah, and Texas markets, successfully leading each market to #1 in the company.  He then become CFO and CEO of Complete Recovery, a leader in asset recovery, for four years and led the company through six successful acquisitions.

A graduate of both the University of Utah (BS) and Westminster College (MBA), Joey has been active in the community, serving on the board of Big Brother Big Sisters in both Houston, Texas and Salt Lake City, Utah and Centro De La Familia in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Currently, spend most of his time with his wife and kids on the golf course and in the rodeo arena.
