Jen McAllister is a Controller at Amplēo who reads clients’ needs well and has the ability to outline the best business practices for them and connect with them in a meaningful way.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2018, Jen worked 7 years as an Accountant at Career Step, an online education/training company. From there she attained her CPA and ventured on her own. The connections with Amplēo eventually turned into a full-time job at Growve for over 4 years. Growve is primarily in the eCommerce space, boasting 200 million in revenue. Jen grew the accounting team from 1 to 15 and enjoyed her time as Director of Treasury, and later Accounting Director for Mergers and Acquisitions.

Now she is excited to be independent again, and dig her heels in with small to medium-sized businesses. She thrives on improving accounting processes, cleaning up financials, supporting business owners, and training staff to support the company efficiently and effectively.
