Jeff Warr is a Turnaround Professional at Amplēo who works with receiverships and difficult business restructurings and turnarounds.  He is a highly accomplished senior attorney and business executive with front-line experience not only as in-house counsel and chief legal officer but also as a partner at a prominent law firm. He has extensive expertise in secured financing, commercial real estate acquisition and development, business acquisition, contract negotiation, commercial leasing and property management, corporate governance, and fund and investment structures. 

Before joining Amplēo in 2023, Jeff worked 30 years as an attorney in corporate and law firm environments. He has managed the legal, HR, and risk management needs for multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolios, represented large banks and borrowers in dozens of secured lending transactions from 1 million dollars to over 120 million dollars, and structured and facilitated private equity and fund transactions that total over 1 billion in equity.  Jeff’s experience both in executive and law firm settings gives him a solution-oriented, business-centric approach to risk management, legal leadership, and executive teams.
