Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2019, Eric started his career at KPMG in Denver and 15 years as the VP of Finance for a fast-growing internet publisher, AdTech and online-marketing companies enabling rapid growth both organically and through acquisitions. Eric has extensive experience in corporate transactions totaling nearly $500M both foreign and domestic, on both the buy and sell side and has issued audited financial statements in US GAAP and IFRS.
