Before joining Amplēo in 2026, Emily spent more than two decades building and leading finance functions from the ground up. As Interim VP of Finance for a manufacturer and distributor of LED lighting, she led an asset-based refinancing, closing on a new facility within the first 120 days of the engagement, and worked with leadership to reduce fixed costs by over 20%. As co-founder and VP of Finance & Operations at a SaaS startup, she partnered with the CEO to raise several million in SAFE funding and scale to multiple millions in ARR. Earlier, as one of the first five employees at a national modular building construction and leasing company, she built the financial and operational backbone that supported growth to $60M in revenue and managed a $60M asset-based credit facility with a national lender syndicate.
