Danny is a CFO at Amplēo who is highly analytical and accomplished as an executive with extensive experience in driving financial performance, directing corporate development, and overseeing all financial aspects of a business. Danny has been very involved in mergers and acquisitions throughout his career.  Danny has worked in several industries including finance, manufacturing, consumer products both wholesale and retail, as well as professional services at PWC.  He is highly skilled in finance and accounting including financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, strategic planning & execution, treasury management, cash flow management, and financial operations management including internal controls.  

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2022, Danny worked the last 8 years as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Finance Technology space with Orthopedic Financial Services Group, (OFSG) where he used his vast knowledge on the executive team, leading the finance, analytics, information technology, and human resource departments. 

Danny was an auditor for Price Waterhouse (now PWC) where he worked for 6 years and became an audit manager and served as an advisor for several large public and private Companies.  He worked directly with lenders, bondholders, auditors, shareholders, and the SEC.  Danny established the foundation and strategic direction for Making Memories which grew to over $50 million in sales in 5 years. Danny became the President/CFO of this Company where he helped build and grow the company into one of the leading product providers in the industry.  He actively led the spin-off of the wholesale division from the retail company in 2002 and subsequently led four private equity transactions for the wholesale company, Making Memories Wholesale, Inc. in 2003, 2005, 2009, and 2011 respectively.  Danny also orchestrated a transaction for Don Julio Foods, Inc. which ultimately consummated after a year and a half of courting, to Tyson Foods, Inc.  Danny has been appointed and served on the board of directors for several companies.
