Before joining Amplēo in 2025, Dan spent 11 years at Younique in finance leadership roles including COO, CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller. He helped scale the company from startup through acquisition and back to private ownership, leading across FP&A, tax, treasury, analytics, supply chain, audit, due diligence, and ERP implementation.
