Chris Linford is a human resource consultant who partners with organizations to build and scale their people operations functions for sustainable growth. With over two decades of experience leading people functions and serving as a member of senior and executive leadership teams, Chris specializes in creating scalable, people-centered programs that align employees with business goals and support long-term organizational success. She has deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and M&A integration.

Chris’s leadership style is collaborative, people-focused, solution-oriented, and culture-driven. She works closely with executive teams to design and implement strategies that foster engagement, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build high-performing, inclusive cultures. Her initiatives have helped organizations improve employee engagement, enhance leadership effectiveness, and support successful growth transitions.

Before joining Amplēo in 2025, Chris served as a Chief People Officer and as Principal and Founder of her own consulting practice. In these roles, she helped organizations at critical stages of growth establish the HR infrastructure, talent strategies, and leadership development programs needed to scale effectively and drive meaningful business results.
