His background spans large residential and mixed-use portfolios, where he has helped clients clean up books, rebuild processes, and create more dependable financial visibility.

Prior to joining Amplēo in 2026, Charles spent more than 10 years as a Property Accountant and Senior Property Accountant, supporting some of South Florida’s most recognized residential communities and real estate portfolios. Throughout his career, he managed financial reporting for luxury condominium associations and large-scale residential properties including Deering Bay Master Association, Milano at Deering Bay, Trump Tower Sunny Isles, Jade Ocean, Chateau Beach, Marina Palms Reserve, and Courvoisier Courts. He also brings extensive experience with platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, RealPage, NetSuite, and QuickBooks Online, and is known for stepping into challenging situations where accounting systems and books need to be reconciled, rebuilt, and structured correctly.
