Bryant Blanchard
CFO Consultant

Bryant Blanchard is a CFO and Transaction Advisory Consultant at Amplēo who brings hands-on experience as CFO and M&A advisor.

Before joining Amplēo in 2025, Bryant built a career helping leadership teams and investors make better financial decisions through clear insights and disciplined execution. As an experienced CFO, Bryant specializes in driving financial performance and operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on delivering accurate, timely, and actionable board reporting that supports confident, data-driven decision-making.

From 2016 to 2025, Bryant served as CFO for two private-equity-backed companies, including a fintech payments provider and a home services platform roll-up. In these roles, he partnered closely with management teams to evaluate performance, challenge strategies that weren’t delivering results, and implement changes that enabled intentional, sustainable growth.

Prior to serving in CFO roles, Bryant spent eight years advising private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence while living in New York and London. Over the course of approximately 100 M&A transactions across a broad range of industries, Bryant developed a practical, value-focused approach to transactions—helping clients maximize deal value while minimizing risk and value leakage.

After graduating from BYU in accounting, Bryant started his career as an auditor with PwC. He spent four years performing GAAP and statutory audits for public and private financial services companies in the New York City area as a licensed CPA. This foundation continues to inform a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to financial leadership.

Outside of work, Bryant enjoys vacationing with family, riding horses in the mountains, and talking with friends about the power of budgeting and compound interest.
