Bryan McGowan is a CFO at Amplēo who has significant experience in raising all types of capital, as well as conducting acquisition processes from both the buy and sell side. Bryan is particularly adept at architecting and integrating financial and operating systems, including utilizing APIs and data warehouses to manage analytics and data flow. He believes that one of a CFO’s most important jobs is to provide real-time, actionable information and a decision-making framework for the entire organization.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2021, Bryan worked for five years building several technology and SaaS companies in the MIT/Harvard ecosystem. Most recently, he was the CFO at a Utah-based SaaS company where he directed three acquisitions and raised >$20M of debt financing.
