Brian Willes, CPA, is a Fractional Controller Consultant at Amplēo who has diverse leadership experience in strategic planning, FP&A, controllership, and SEC reporting. Brian has a track record of positively impacting organizations to achieve and surpass financial goals. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, he excels in guiding teams, implementing process improvements, and driving efficiency. Brian’s expertise spans international accounting, consolidations, corporate development, M&A, and treasury. Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Brian worked for 3 years as the Director of Finance and Treasury where he managed the divestiture of 3 products and subsidiaries, M&A due diligence, including one merger that was completed, managed investor relations processes, budgeting/forecasting, and optimizing cash flow and liquidity.  He also has extensive experience in SEC reporting, systems implementations, Big 4 audit management, close optimization, management reporting, and SOX compliance.
