Ben Farbowitz

Ben Farbowitz is a Fractional CFO Consultant at Amplēo, where he works with real estate, property management, and hospitality companies to build disciplined, scalable finance functions. He partners with founders, CEOs, and ownership groups to improve cash flow visibility, forecasting, and strategic decision making through strong financial infrastructure, rigorous reporting, and hands on senior level oversight. Ben brings deep expertise in FP&A, capital planning, financial modeling, and financial systems, with a particular focus on asset intensive, investor backed, and multi entity businesses.

Before joining Amplēo, Ben spent over 15 years in senior finance, accounting, and advisory roles. His background includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for private companies and family offices, as well as working in Transaction Advisory at KPMG, where he supported buy side and sell side engagements across real estate and operating businesses. His experience spans complex entity structures, investor and lender reporting, audits, debt and equity transactions, and coordination with tax and legal advisors. Ben is known for stepping into ambiguous financial environments and building practical, decision ready finance functions that support growth, capital raises, and long term value creation.

Ben is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
