Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Alexis worked six years in various HR roles including a staffing coordinator where she streamlined recruitment processes, managed complex employee communications, payroll processing and support,  and provided critical support in team planning and executive communication. Her background as a military veteran and spouse has also honed her adaptability and leadership, particularly in managing relocations and career transitions. Alexis’s dedication and versatile expertise make her an asset to every client she serves.
