Abbygail O’Brien is an HR Consultant at Amplēo, coming from the behavioral health world and bringing a strong background in operations and recruitment. She specializes in helping organizations streamline their talent acquisition processes and build high-performing teams. Abbygail’s experience spans multiple regions, and she is known for her leadership in managing recruiting teams and developing scalable, efficient hiring strategies.

Before joining Amplēo in 2025, Abbygail worked for four years as a Talent Supervisor, managing recruitment across regions including Texas, Minnesota, North and South Carolina, and Arizona. She led and mentored a team of recruiters, created and implemented streamlined hiring processes, and played a key role in operational improvements in fast-paced environments.

Abbygail enjoys traveling: She most recently visited Italy and has lived in several states—including Florida, New York, and Colorado—before settling in Austin, Texas. In her free time, she loves baking, attending concerts, taking weekend trips to the family ranch, and rekindling her love of reading.

Abby attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, where she obtained her BA in psychology.
