Russ Arnold is a fractional CMO at Amplēo who helps companies build brand and marketing leadership, drive revenue growth and scale their businesses. Russ brings over 26 years of marketing and product management experience, from startups to Fortune 200 companies with expertise in consumer products, technology, and software.
Before joining Amplēo in 2023, Russ was head of marketing and product launch at Cricut, a leading consumer crafting products company. He was responsible for scaling online and retail distribution and expanding the brand presence at Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Costco. He launched multiple new products and categories, helping grow revenue from $200M in 2017 to $1.3B and a successful IPO in 2021.
Prior to Cricut, Russ led the global food-prep category for KitchenAid, which included blenders, juicers, and food processors, and was the brand’s second-largest category. He led marketing and brand strategy, product management, and global growth for this subsidiary of Whirlpool Corporation. His previous experience includes brands like Blendtec, Philips Electronics, BlenderBottle, and consumer and B2B software, services, and technology companies.
