Jon Cook is a Fractional CFO Consultant at Amplēo who partners with companies navigating critical financial milestones, including IPO readiness, capital raises, and public-company operations. He brings over 25 years of experience as a CFO and senior finance leader, working closely with executive teams and boards to deliver financial clarity, strengthen governance, and execute in high-stakes, investor-facing environments. Jon has been directly involved in two IPOs, including leading the IPO readiness process for Instructure’s 2015 public offering.

Before joining Amplēo in 2026, Jon served as Vice President of Accounting at Apartment List. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of AccessData Group, partnering with the board and executive team to lead financial planning, manage liquidity, and successfully navigate a complex debt restructuring. He also held senior leadership roles at Talkdesk, where he co-led financial diligence for a $143 million Series C raise, and at Ancestry.com, where he contributed to IPO preparation for the company’s 2009 public offering.
