With over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, she works one-on-one with clients to provide practical, tailored solutions that drive real results. With experience in industries such as financial services, software, and technology, she provides support spanning from streamlining accounting processes to ensuring regulatory compliance.

Before joining Amplēo in 2025, Faye Ronquillo worked within small and mid-sized companies and startups to align financial systems, execute process improvements, manage audits, implement accounting software, and manage monthly close processes.

Outside of work, Faye is a proud mother of three very active boys, enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen, and loves traveling to new adventures. Whether analyzing a balance sheet or exploring the outdoors, Faye brings curiosity, focus, and energy to everything she does.
