Amplēo was hired by the distribution trustee formed by a Chapter 11 plan to administer the TER Distribution Trust. Responsibilities included administering all general unsecured claims of the Trump Entertainment Resort Ch 11 plan; evaluating avoidance actions that were brought by the Trustee and supporting the litigation of such and providing accounting and financial services and oversight for the Trust.
