Scott Earl is a portfolio and fractional CFO Consultant at Amplēo with 20+ years of executive level finance experience driving value creation in PE-backed, founder-led growth-stage companies. He specializes in scaling businesses from early institutionalization through exit, building high-performing finance teams and implementing KPI-driven operating models that support rapid growth. Scott has led EBITDA turnarounds from a $3M loss to $15M profit, delivered a 3x sponsor exit, and supported sustained 40%+ revenue growth in SaaS and health-tech platforms. With deep experience in capital raises, recapitalizations, IPOs, and $2B+ in debt financings, he partners closely with CEOs and sponsors to expand margins, strengthen cash flow, and position companies for successful liquidity events. Scott enjoys travel, skiing, biking, hiking and being outdoors. He is a licensed CPA with a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
