Sami Ibrahim is a restructuring & turnaround and fractional CFO Consultant with Ampleo. With nearly 25 years of executive, financial, systems, and operational experience, Sami excels in dynamic, complex, and challenging environments. Sami has served over 60 clients in a variety of industries including telecom, energy, financial services, restaurants and more. Following his audit and consulting positions with Arthur Andersen and Protiviti, he co-founded and built a boutique consulting firm from the ground up, reaching $8M in peak annual revenues, 45 employees, and delivering over $350M in confirmed bottom-line impact for its clients. Sami has direct experience with virtually all aspects of strategy, finance, operations, technology, and people, and is an experienced EOS operator.

Having personally experienced the successes and challenges of building and leading a growth company, Sami is committed to applying these lessons to helping companies manage human energy in a way that drives sustainable success. By taking a holistic view of how vision, people, data, problem-solving and accountability drive success, Sami helps organizations progress from firefighting, to making and implementing thoughtful and timely decisions that align with the company vision and strategy.

He has taught courses in Accounting and Finance and Information Systems in the graduate programs at the University of Denver and CU-Denver. Sami has presented on topics including leadership, fraud, and data analytics. He has been featured in Colorado Business, the Denver Business Journal, Consulting, and Internal Auditor magazines.
